After many years of being a qualified exercise teacher and having an active interest in nutrition, I was shocked and dismayed to suffer from fairly disabling physical and emotional health challenges.

We promise to serve you with all our knowledge and expertise and the dedication and commitment of our heart and minds

It was only when I learned the power of the mind (through the application mainly of NLP techniques), the importance of maintaining an alkaline pH balance in the body and recognising the vital mind/body connection that I not only regained wellness but ultimate health, energy and vitality.

I trained for a certificate in live and dried blood microscopy with the renowned Dr Young in California, studied for a Certificate in Nutrition and a Diploma in Life Coaching, graduated from Anthony Robbins Mastery Academy and undertook training by world famous Christopher Howard to become a Master NLP Practitioner, Certified Eriksonian and Master Hypnosis, Certified Performance Consultant and Master Results Coach.

I work with clients on many and any areas of their lives that are creating challenges, including overweight, addictions, physical ill health, phobias, smoking cessation, performance enhancement or simply a desire to take your health and your life to the next level.

This could involve recommending dietary changes, giving lifestyle advice, coaching on areas of work, relationships, finance or life in general, Neuro-linguistic programming and/or hypnosis.

I practice according to the ANLP,
Hypnotherapy Associations and BANT code of ethics and have full Professional Indemnity Insurance.

Having experienced for myself the life changing benefits of empowering your mind and energising your body I am a passionate believer that any change is possible and easily achievable. I have demonstrated my techniques and passion on both BBC 1 and Century Radio.
