EMMA’S ENERGY TIPS
Do you feel exhausted when you get home and can only just find enough energy to plonk yourself in front of the TV?
Do you know people who leave you feeling drained after every conversation with them?
Do certain rooms in your home make you feel overwhelmed?
Is your ‘To Do’ list gaining items quicker than you can tick them off?
Do you want to:

If you answered Yes to any or all of the questions above you need to follow these simple steps to Declutter your life.
1. Decide that NOW is the time and commit to doing it. Energy follows thought, so by committing to decluttering your life you are also decluttering your energy space.
2. Empty your wardrobe of clothes, shoes and accessories that you have not worn in over 6 months, no longer fit or don’t make you feel fabulous when you wear them. This creates a physical space in your life for more postive energies and experiences to come in.
3. Choose your friends carefully. Get rid of people in your life who drain your energy with their moaning and complaining and surround yourself with postive, inspiring and supportive people.
4. Let go of sentimental items, these keep your energy stuck in the past. Unless the item makes you laugh out loud or grin like a cheshire cat release them from your life to free up your energy space.
5. Undertake one room at a time. Attempting to do everything at once can be ovewhelming and drain your energy. Set yourself realistic deadlines for completing each room and celebrate when you complete each one. Each celebration will increase your energy levels.
6. Trust the universe to provide the information or item exactly as and when you need it, this way you can clear out anything you are storing ‘Just in case’ and remove even more clutter. The more you trust the universe the more it will provide.
7. Treat yourself to new storage containers for those items that you just cannot bare to part with. By treating your prized keepsakes in a special way you are energetically treating a part of yourself as special too.
8. Ever used this item before? Are you ever realistically likely to use it in the future? If the answer is ‘No’ then out it goes. Storing things that might come in handy one day keeps your energy space clogged.
9. Remember to recycle or donate appropriate items to charity shops rather than putting them in the bin. The more you give the more you get to receive.
10. One great question to ask yourself is “If I had to pay to store this item, would I?” If the answer is ‘No’ then chuck it out.
